About Me
I am an Assistant Professor of Management at Drexel University in Philadelphia. My research investigates how organizations can foster physical, mental, and relational well-being at work—particularly for individuals navigating moments of personal or professional vulnerability. I study how employees manage identity-related challenges, power dynamics, and major life transitions, with a focus on underrepresented or lower-power groups.
My work has been published in management outlets such as the Academy of Management Journal, Journal of Applied Psychology, Organizational Psychology Review, PLOS One, and Harvard Business Review, and I am an active member of the Compassion Lab and Positive Relationships at Work micro-communities.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends throughout the Northeastern US, making banana bread, and using OB theories to analyze contestant behavior on Survivor.
